Desosyl-10 Desloratadine Tablets USP 10 mg are a fast-acting, non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), chronic urticaria (hives), and other allergic conditions. Each tablet contains 10 mg of Desloratadine, which works by blocking histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
